Picnic

Picnic Story from Team 4 Pes on Vimeo.

At the beach picnic we made sandcastles with our teachers and friends. Warm, rough covered my legs and hands - some even went in my mouth. Using sticks and shells we decorated our castles. Everyone kicked and jumped on the castle to bust it down.

After building our sandcastles we played with squishy clay. Digging the clay from the cliff, we added a little water to make it slimy. Carefully we made a ball out of clay and sand. Lastly, everyone threw their balls into the sea.

Above the beach is a large grassy area, here we played lots of sports. Our favourite was the balance board - it’s kind of like a skateboard. By now we were hot and hungry. Time for lunch and a rest.

Miss Walker, This is a great post Zion. I love making sandcastles too. I love the way you described the sand getting everywhere. You speak really clearly and I can hear every word. I bet it was fun jumping all over the sandcastle.
Then you made balls out of the sand and threw them into the sea. You sure know how to have fun.
You used some really interesting words in this post.
Can't wait to see what you put on your blog next.
